Contact form and email correspondence

The form on this website does not transmit data to the website’s server and does not store enquiries. When you click “Open email app”, your email program prepares the message and you decide whether to send it.

Only a message you actually send reaches our mailbox. We use the sender’s details and the message content to reply and discuss the enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract at your request) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling business correspondence), depending on the nature of the enquiry.

Providing data is voluntary, but your email address and the content of your enquiry are needed for us to reply.

Retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the correspondence and enquiry, and longer where required by law, by an established cooperation, or for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

Your rights

Under the conditions and within the limits set out in the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access your data and obtain a copy,
  • rectification,
  • erasure,
  • restriction of processing,
  • object — where processing is based on legitimate interest,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Technical services

The website and email are operated technically by external service providers (hosting, email), who may process data to the extent necessary to provide these services.

The website uses fonts loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers.
